Hailing from Byron Bay, EcoNaps is a sustainability focussed brand that produces reusable cloth nappies, swim nappies and eco-friendly baby accessories.
Founder Kyla Geen built EcoNaps to be a successful direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand, selling her eco-friendly nappies Australia-wide. While sales were strong, there was an opportunity to expand her brand and to reach more mothers and promote the benefits of switching from disposable nappies to reusable.
We developed a robust digital advertising funnel that would target audiences across the customer journey using Facebook and Instagram Ads, Google Search Ads and Google Product Shopping Ads. Our strategy was designed to increase awareness with cold audiences, engage organic social media audiences, and retarget website visitors to drive sales and customer retention.
In the first month of digital advertising for EcoNaps, website traffic increased by 17 percent and purchases increasing by 18 percent when compared to the previous month with 40 percent of sales attributed to digital advertising. After six months of digital advertising, the average monthly purchases volume increased by 132 percent when compared to the previous year, with average monthly traffic up 146 percent.
