EcoNaps, based in Byron Bay, is a sustainability-focused brand specializing in reusable cloth nappies, swim nappies, and eco-friendly baby accessories. Founded by Kyla Geen, EcoNaps has established itself as a successful direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand across Australia.
The challenge
Despite strong sales, EcoNaps saw an opportunity to broaden its brand reach and educate more mothers about the benefits of switching from disposable to reusable nappies. Our task was to develop a comprehensive digital advertising strategy that would enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and boost sales, leveraging Facebook, Instagram, Google Search Ads, and Google Product Shopping Ads.
The solution
We crafted a robust digital advertising funnel targeting audiences at various stages of their customer journey. Our approach increased awareness among cold audiences, engaged organic social media followers, and retargeted website visitors to drive sales and enhance customer retention. In the first month, our strategy resulted in a 17 percent increase in website traffic and an 18 percent rise in purchases, with 40 percent of sales attributed to digital advertising. Over six months, EcoNaps saw a 132 percent increase in average monthly purchases and a 146 percent boost in average monthly traffic compared to the previous year.
