Nappies with a tiny footprint: educating families with a campaign strategy for EcoNaps
Growing brand awareness, traffic and sales for EcoNaps

The client

If you’re a parent, you’re likely familiar with the waste from disposable baby products. Byron Bay-based EcoNaps proves there’s a better way, specialising in reusable cloth nappies, swim nappies, and eco-friendly baby accessories. Founded by Kyla Geen, EcoNaps has grown into a successful direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand offering an alternative to single-use baby products.

The brief

Despite strong sales, EcoNaps wanted to grow its reach and educate more parents about the benefits of switching from disposable to reusable nappies. Our task was to develop a marketing strategy that would grow brand awareness, drive website traffic, and boost sales.

The solution

We targeted audiences at different stages of their customer journey, using Facebook, Instagram, Google Search Ads, and Google Product Shopping Ads. The approach increased awareness among cold audiences, engaged organic social media followers, and retargeted website visitors to drive sales and improve customer retention.

The result

In the first month, we saw a 17% increase in website traffic and an 18% rise in purchases, with 40% of sales attributed to digital advertising. Over six months, EcoNaps saw a 132% increase in average monthly purchases and a 146% boost in average monthly traffic compared to the previous year.

Let’s start something radically better.

For you, for people, and for our planet.
